Step2: Paper works

Basically CLEA Japan will prepare all of the documents and shipping arrangements. When your country / organization requires additional information to receive our product due to its unique regulations, we may contact to ask you. Please remind it and kindly cooperate with us if it is happened.

 

Step3: Secure Stocks

We secure our stocks in order of inquiry-receiving. Some products may not be able to deliver to outside Japan because of your country / regional import regulations or product-specific sales contract restrictions.

 

Step4: Delivery

After complete all of the shipping preparation, we usually deliver the shipment around 1.5 to 2 weeks all over the world unless any abnormal situations. We will send Air Way Bill (AWB) through e-mail immediately after Japanese custom permits to export the products for the delivery status confirmation.

 

Step5: Receipt Confirmation Mail 

Please confirm the condition of your delivered product immediately after receiving and send us e-mail about it. After 7 days from the scheduled arrival date, we consider the shipment is safely arrived automatically even there is no receipt mail from you.
