OVA-IgE and TNP-IgE mice are genetically modification BALB/c mice constantly creating IgE at the egg albumin (OVA) and hapten TNP (Trinitrophenol), used as allergen frequently. This model can show both acute and chronic allergy reactions with quit high productivity by allergen administration without immunitas.
