Genotype Determination of BKS.Cg-+Leprdb/+Leprdb/Jcl
CLEA Japan performs genotype determination of BKS.Cg-+Leprdb/+Leprdb/Jcl (hereinafter referred to as Leprdb/+Leprdb mice), a model mouse for obesity and type 2 diabetes that we produce and supply, based on obesity findings from their appearance.
This appearance-based genotype determination method has shown 100% consistency with genotyping results from sequence analysis.

Animals:Leprdb/Leprdbmice,Leprdb/ + mice 7 males and 7 females each (total: 28 mice), 5 weeks of age
Primers:5’-CCCTCCCCTCTCCTAAGTGT-3’、5’-ATCTCACCAGCCCCCTAATG-3’ (Product size 663bp)
