Japanese Society for Laboratory Animal Resources: Experimental Animal Breeding Facility Welfare Certification

Japanese Society for Laboratory Animal Resources is a public service corporation for evaluating and certifying the management program of Japanese animal production facilities for purpose of spreading high quality animal experiments and adequate experimental animals for contributing the improvement of the public health.

CLEA Japan was evaluated in 2004 and has been continuously certified in all 5 offices/facilities.
